Basswood is one of the straightest hardwoods currently on the market, with the addition of being extremely strong and lightweight, making them ideal for making shutters. Our standard range comes in 14 modern painted colours whilst our Premium Basswood range comes in an additional 15 stained colours.
We use UV resistant, odour free and environmentally friendly water based paints on all our shutters, ensuring they look great for years to come whilst being kind on the environment.
Basswood Shutters can be made with Fixed blades or controlled via centre, hidden or offset tilt rods. Hinged panels, bi-fold and sliding systems, french door cutouts, bay window designs, and specialty shapes are also available to suit different needs.
Our polysatin shutter range are specifically made for wet areas, or those areas more exposed to the elements, such as outdoors. With a 20 year warranty against blades chipping and splitting, You can rest easy knowing your shutters are going to continue to look great, year after year.
